Team Leader

Perform Recruitment are currently seeking Team Leaders for our client based in Cork.

Direct contract with employer

Requirements:

Previous experience
Strong ability to manage a team of people to achieve targets and deadlines.
Strong analytic/problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate the production of orders to meet dispatch deadlines.
Ensure the highest standards of product manufacturing
Carry out training as required including new starters and refresher training for existing employees
Lead, motivate and develop the production teams.


For the successful candidates this will be a full time ongoing position with an immediate start available.
