Dispatch Supervisor

Supervisor needed in a food manufacturing factory based in Drogheda

Full-time position

Reporting to: dispatch manager

We are looking for a passionate leader to join the team in a food manufacturing company as a dispatch supervisor. The ideal candidate must have 1+ years of experience working in a supervisor position. This role would suit someone who is keen to learn and improve their skillset and move further into management.


Main Responsibilities:

A competent understanding of the production process.
Supervise and organize the daily activities in Dispatch department.
To manage delivery productivity in line with company targets
Provide hands-on supervision for staff to maximize productivity and accuracy in their job functions.
Complete & archive all relevant paperwork

40-48 hours per week
